1. SHIPPING METHODS

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including:

• Standard Shipping: 3 - 7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1 - 3 business days

• International Shipping (Canada): 7 - 15 business days

• International Shipping (Rest of the World): 12 - 22 business days

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the destination. We may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days, except for pre-orders. Pre-Orders are handled within 7 - 10 days of the inventory arriving, to allow time for inventory and quality control.

 

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track your order using this number on the parcel carrier's website.

5. DELIVERY

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
